btw: I like the site being very local and fairly simple, but the video was very stuttery in playing. I have got a v. poor virgin broadband connection but your feed speed is still worse than any viewer on any site I use. I will visit again but not regularly unless the sound quality improved.

No you are not; and it is more critical with this site because at least I have an issue with the sound quality as well; so there are issues with sound, video and text; and that is just too many issues.

I am not the world's best at spelling, but I do try and get names correct, because almost no other kind of mistake is more damaging; and writing Saltair is almost as damaging as writing I liv in Illclee or All dogs should be shot.

Not exactly new news is it? What we really want to know is who is shagging who, who has their fingers in the till and which figures of authority can we ridicule.

Report on the Crescent Hotel was one sided, geve no right to reply from the owners, and looked as if it was shot secretly.
EG I can't find any information to confirm the story about flats above a restaurant. Has this been approved by planners?

Sound on reader at table before was ultra low compared with this report - which curiously had music at the end. Do they have copyright clearance/licence for this?

yes we do have the licence for the music it came with a programm we bought and the people in charge of the crescent declined to comment on camera but gave us their blessing to make a piece for our news!

You know what.
I've had a good look and there is blatantly alot of potential in something like this. Think how much the papers make from advertising? If enough people go online to watch and they possibly find a way to get it on a local TV network it could be a real hit.

Where to start? The stolen news? The amateurish filming/sound recording? The reading of news off of paper? The fact it looks like it's filmed in a shed? Or maybe the fact that a newsreader shouldn't be saying "ummm" all the time? The basic spelling errors?

Choose any, they all spell out one thing: this website is a joke. Hopefully.
